Loving this right now… 

Ok, Here I am typing again..lol Yes I am hooked.. but any ways..

I was trying to quiet my mind to go to sleep, but I was not successful, so I type.

We all have so much power and we do not realize it. We all have choices and we all have free will.  A few questions come to mind as usual. 

Why do people  hurt or wound others? If one KNOWS that their actions will harm someone physically, emotionally, or spiritually, why?

Are we that careless, insensitive &  self centered that we are unaware of the consequences of our actions?

I was talking to a friend of mine about relationships and I asked him did he think that he could be a faithful man. His answer was “No, I don’t think so.” While I appreciate his complete honesty. In the back of my mind, I had to ask the why question.

Is it so hard to be loyal to a commitment, especially when you know that it will hurt someone you love? Is reneging on a promise worth taking the risk of destroying or damaging something or someone that you cherish?

I think when one goes against their word, they turn against themselves. When we make a decision to hurt others, we are hurting ourselves. 

While I am not a perfect person, I do take great pride in being a loyal person. Loyal to morality and loyal to that indescribable power inside that keeps me from hurting others. Loyal to friendship. Loyal to love. Loyal to my word. Loyal to my creator. Loyal to righteousness.

Using free will, we can decide to love, hate, or heal. Which one do you choose? Which power do you choose to express? How will you use your free will?

Love is in the air… Is it? Ummm maybe..

I don’t know why but all of a sudden I feel its presence, taking over me one moment at a time. Slowly but surely.

No particular one in mind to reciprocate. Truth be told, I have been sort of a hermit for a long minute.  I guess maybe I have a new found love for myself.   Might as well love yourself huh.. lol

I am happy to feel happy. I accept and willingly partake of my creators grace and beauty from within. Yes like everyone else, I am a work in progress, but an aggressive progression.

Ok, Lately…I can’t get enough of this man (below). I don’t k now if  he reminds me of something or someone, or if it is that smooth voice.. whatever it is.. I can’t get enough of his music.. Enjoy..

Today is a good day… The universe smiles on me 

Ok.. I am doing some homework and I get this overwhelming feeling combined with some thoughts..

This question lingers.. Why can we just not be? Is that the real lesson for us as humans? 

We as humans go through an array of emotions, unlike nature. Nature just is! It does what is was programed to do and does not seem to complain one bit. Why can we not be like nature? Trees just stand strong as we watch them change from season to season. Birds fly.. rivers flow.. the sun come up.. the sun goes down.. times moves forward no matter what.

Were we programed any different? Everything is everything… right????

In my opinion, it is a true blessing to be able to live in the moment of things and just be. To not be swayed by emotions because this internal programming has a little voice that says.. be still, stay in the moment and it is all good no matter what it may seem to be.

Another late but forever great..

I have been soul searching lately… again.. because I refuse to stop searching for the peace that was created in the beginning. I long for its embrace. I long for its calmness and security. I long for its familiarity.

Below are some things that I have learned and stand upon. Looking back I realize that nothing happens without a lesson to make you better if you want to be better. But you have to decide to WANT to be and DO better… Yes actions do speak louder than words.

• I am finally ready to embrace and let my light shine.
• I accept that I am an empath.. 
• I accept that I always have options for my greater good.
• I accept that what I put into the universe will return to me just as I gave it.
• I accept that I was given free will and will use it to the benefit of human kind.
• I accept and am willing to learn how to balance my energy. 
• I am willing to take complete care of myself starting from the inside out. 
• I am willing to make the best out of what seems to be the worst. 
• I know that I am worthy of all good things.. 
• I recognize the power that I have and am willing to use it for good.
• I am okay, no matter what.
• I know it is okay to be who and what I am at any given moment.
• I know that God lives in and through me every moment of my existence.

 

Lessons Learned Lately..

• Do not chase after a people. They will place you where you belong in their heart, mind and universe. If it is not where you want to be leave it alone.
• Ones thoughts can make or break them.
• No thing is greater than true love for ones self.
• Be your own number one priority.
• Smiling comes from your soul.
• Be excited about your own endeavors.
• NO time is wasted, there is a lesson in everything you do and have done, it is up to you to recognize the lesson and decide to grow from what you have learned.
• NO one will love you like you love yourself.
• People treat you how you allow them to.
• Honesty is truly the best policy.
• Time is a healer and a friend if you allow it to be.
• It is perfectly okay to express emotions in a constructive way.
• Life truly is what you want it to be.
• Movement and action are blessings of which I should always but my best foot forward.
• Be a leader, if for no one or nothing else, for self.
• Great things come out of silence.
• Dreams do come true.
• Be thankful!
